Strawberry Shake
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. artificial sweetener (Equal)
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and serve. Yields 1 (1 1/2 cup) serving.

Rhubarb Bars
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
